Lead departmental operations as an Administrative Manager, specializing in budget management and staff coordination. This position emphasizes oversight and effective administration in a busy workplace.
The Administrative Manager will focus on coordinating services and managing day-to-day operations within the department. You will play a key role in preparing budgets and guiding teams across various administrative functions. Directing corporate compliance procedures and managing events will also be critical aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee department's administrative service coordination
• Prepare and control budgets for projects and contracts
• Lead staff involved in finance and HR services
• Direct corporate governance and compliance efforts
• Plan and manage events and internal operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 to 3 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and Quick Books
