**What you’ll do**:
The Experience Technology, Manager is a member of the Marketing Technology team and is focused on delivering global strategic capabilities that increase customer digital conversions across the online customer journey. This role is instrumental to helping Eaton grow revenue by using data, processes and technologies to connect and personalize Eaton's digital experience.
Serving as optimization and testing platform expert, this role inspires and educates Eaton marketers about how to plan and activate personalization and testing events using Adobe Target and related technologies. This role will also provide strategic direction on other customer experience technologies that support an effective digital visitor journey.
