Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12.
2-5 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, expediting or production support within a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with ERP systems & supply chain software.
Proven track record of managing suppliers & preventing production delays.
Proficiency in ERP/SCM systems & MS Office.
Ability to analyze supply issues & quickly implement solutions.
Attention to detail & for tracking orders & verifying documents.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the status of purchase orders, shipments & deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time.
Track & update delivery schedules, proactively adjusting for risks or delays.
Expedite urgent materials needed to meet production deadlines.
Review production schedules & identify potential shortages early.
