Executive Sous Chef — Lead Kitchen, Budgets & Events

InterContinental Fujairah Resort is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in directing kitchen operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and cost efficiencies to meet hotel standards and revenue goals.

You will mentor staff, train on brand standards, manage costs and budgeting, and collaborate with sales, catering, and event teams. A degree in Culinary Arts, 6+ years of culinary experience with 2+ in leadership, and strong business English are required.
