Objectives of the function

• We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive, Sales to support the effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies within the assigned channel and distributor territory. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, improving market share, managing distributors, and ensuring compliance with company policies, including Food Safety, Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities:-

Sales Management

• To meet distribution target and merchandising objectives.
• Effective implementation of region/national promotion plan and marketing strategies.
• To improve the market share of YHS products.
• Competitor's feedback and action plan.
• Seeking new business opportunities ie new outlets opening.
• Timely submission of Sales-related reports.
