Executive Rewards Lead – Global Equity & Incentives

Syensqo is seeking a Senior Reward Manager to lead executive compensation and equity programs across a global organization. You will partner with HR and leadership to design, implement, and govern rewards while acting as deputy to the Group VP Head of Reward & Excellence on executive matters.

You will design LTI programs, oversee share plans across 20+ countries, ensure compliance, and drive policy enhancements to support global talent strategy.
