Executive, Retail Leasing

The Role

This position will be responsible for tenant leasing of spaces within a Retail assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's assigned portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
• At least 1 year of relevant experiences in marketing and retail leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
