Executive, Operations (PNPL)

Responsible for supporting back-office operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment, with a focus on ensuring efficient workflows and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process withdrawal requests and verify client details and funding

  • Ensure timely debit/credit of customer funds

  • Maintain client and static data in the back-office system

  • Handle commission and rebate computations
