EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE MANAGE

The Executive Operations Associate Manager supports the Managing Director – India and General Manager for APAC countries outside of India by coordinating leadership operating cadence, executive governance routines, cross-functional initiative tracking, and business follow-through across regional priorities. The role manages executive office operations while supporting PMO discipline through action tracking, dependency management, leadership reporting, and structured follow-up on business priorities. This role operates with discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality while enabling effective coordination across leadership teams, functional stakeholders, and internal business partners. The role contributes to operational effectiveness by supporting business planning, employee engagement activities, executive materials, and organizational communication workflows.
