Job Description
Working Location: Empire Tower (100% onsite, accessible via BTS Chong Nonsi)
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will support the end-to-end supply chain operations for the SME business, ensuring efficient inventory management, fulfillment, logistics coordination, and replenishment planning.
Working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics Partners, and Finance teams, you will execute daily operational activities, maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock movements, and support continuous process improvements to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and fulfillment partners
- Support order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate device allocation and delivery
