The Executive Lounge Agent is responsible for delivering refined, personalized, and intuitive service experience to Executive Floor and VIP guests. The role supports the smooth daily operation of the Executive Club Lounge by combining Front Office, Food & Beverage, and guest relations functions, in line with Accor values, as well as ALL Accor loyalty recognition.
Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certification(s) in Tourism Management an advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of similar Front Office experience.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and basic Opera PMS proficiency.
- High level of professionalism and guest‑facing confidence.
