Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and monitor outbound shipment by freight forwarders and courier to meet agreed delivery term while conforming to local and international trade regulation.
• Handle shipping activities for export (sea & air) and coordinate seamlessly with shipping agents and freight forwarders.
• Plan, establish work schedules, assignments, and logistics sequences to ensure transportation and shipping of finished goods are performed in an accurate, timely and cost‑effective manner.
• Arrange, prepare and compile shipping documentation required for overseas customers, which include bills of lading and the relevant export paperwork.
• Route outgoing shipments through freight forwarders and schedule transportation of shipments.
• Work closely with internal departments, such as Business Unit & Warehouse Departments, to ensure timely shipments with accordance to the mutually agreed schedules.
