Role Purpose
To lead and manage all housekeeping and laundry operations across the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort. You will drive departmental financial performance, maintain brand standards, develop your team, and ensure every guest room and public area reflects CityBlue's commitment to excellence. What You Will Do 1. Housekeeping Operations & Standards
Oversee all housekeeping activities including guest rooms, public areas, pool area, restaurants, conference rooms, and back-of-house spaces
Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for check-in by guaranteed time
Manage VIP room setups and special request preparations
Coordinate with Front Office for early check-ins, late check-outs, and day-use room turns
Plan and execute deep cleaning schedules for carpets, upholstery, windows, and hard-to-reach areas 2. Laundry Operations
