Job Description
This post will provide assistance to maintain books of accounts of the company.
Responsibilities
- Cost all apparel identification products manufactured by the company
- Maintain Accounts Payable ledger in Oracle ERP system
- Reconcile Accounts Payable ledger to monthly vendor statements
- Post journal entries to Oracle ERP system
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations on monthly basis
- Support Assistant Finance Manager in treasury related activities
- Prepare other reports required by Assistant Finance Manager, Head of Finance, and other work entrusted by them
- Adhere to/support ISO 9001/2000 procedures, support health and safety standards, follow environmental management system, and develop skills through training
- Ensure company policies and confidentiality are maintained
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration
