Executive Engineer / Senior Engineer / Deputy Principal Engineer (Contracts & Procurement)

You will be a member of the Contracts & Procurement Branch, supporting the development of the Integrated Waste Management Facility Phase 2 (IWMF Phase 2), a strategic infrastructure component of Tuas Nexus. In this role you will contribute to the planning, procurement, and execution of major infrastructure contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, consultants and contractors to ensure project objectives are delivered efficiently, cost‑effectively and in full compliance with applicable requirements.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including the preparation of tender documentation, obtaining requisite approvals, evaluating tender submissions, and recommending contract awards in accordance with government procurement policies and established guidelines, including the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
