JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Executive Director – Medical Services, assists Sidra to deliver the highest standards of medicine.
The Executive Director – Medical Services is responsible for managing the clinical administration of the CMO office and ensure proper corporate alignment with the Executive Management Team, Board and Board subcommittee and completion of assigned tasks, especially as it relates to the strategic plan. The post holder is responsible for Medical Workforce Management and supports the CMO Office in recruitment, engagement, and management of the medical workforce at all levels.
