As the Executive Director, you will report to the Board of Directors and act as the external voice of Act Five while protecting its mission and identity. Key responsibilities include leading fundraising initiatives, supporting a team of 7-9 staff members, and ensuring program excellence in the Gap Year and Residency offerings.
