The Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton (CAFH) is a charitable organization dedicated to improving outcomes for vulnerable children, youth, and families across the Halton region. As the philanthropic partner of the Halton Children’s Aid Society, the Foundation plays a critical role in bridging funding gaps that government resources alone cannot address. CAFH works closely with the Society, which supports an average of 5,000 at‑risk children and youth each year.
