The Executive Board Consultant role looks slightly different from market to market, but the core is the same everywhere: you work closely with clients, you understand their business deeply, and you bring both analytical sharpness and genuine instinct to every assignment.
Role
Engage at peer level with chairs, boards, and executive leadership on their most consequential strategic and governance questions.
Work across our full Board Services portfolio, from board recruitment to board audits and evaluations.
Lead board advisory and board search mandates, and bring senior judgement to the wider leadership advisory practice.
Build trusted, long‑term relationships with chairs and boards, and grow your own portfolio of board‐level mandates.
Originate and convert new mandates.
