Job Overview
Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President and six Vice Presidents of Investment Finance & Operations at OMERS in downtown Toronto. The role supports high‑level executives with a focus on organizational efficiency, effective communication, and proactive problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar, inbox, task and contact management, travel planning, expense reimbursements, and document and presentation preparation.
- Manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, meeting logistics, time zones, and last‑minute changes with professionalism, urgency, and care.
- Coordinate meetings, team events, offsites, large meetings and Town Halls, including scheduling, agenda preparation, catering, and related logistics.
