About the role

The Executive Assistant at Sonder is a key partner to the CEO, providing reliable and skilled support to ensure time, priorities, and operations are managed efficiently. The role supports the wider Executive Team, coordinating critical tasks and reducing administrative load so leaders can focus on what matters most.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and optimise complex calendars, balancing competing priorities across the CEO and Executive Team.
  • Coordinate high‑stakes meetings, board sessions, investor interactions, and external engagements with precision.
  • Draft, edit, and refine executive communications, reports, and board‑level presentations to the highest professional standard.
  • Anticipate challenges, resolve scheduling conflicts, and streamline workflows to maximise executive efficiency.
