Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare agendas and meeting minutes.
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting when required.
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items across teams.
- Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Support project coordination and administrative operations.
- Perform other executive and administrative tasks as assigned.
