Role Overview

The Virtual Concierge Senior Associate is part of the Business Services and Support team, responsible for managing email and calendar, scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating travel. This role focuses on relationship building, managing others, and navigating complexity, while supporting the adoption of changes to firm technology, policies, and procedures.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage email and calendar for assigned stakeholders.

• Schedule meetings, events, and coordinate travel arrangements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the adoption of changes to firm technology, policies, and procedures.

• Prioritize ongoing development of professional, digital, and technical skills.



Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or strong administrative background.
