Hitch is a fast-growing fintech startup building infrastructure for home equity and non-QM mortgage lending. We work with major U.S. lenders and are scaling quickly.

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to work directly with our CEO and help build the internal systems that keep the company running.

This is a high-ownership role combining executive support, people operations, and company operations .

- Manage CEO inbox and communications

- Draft and respond to executive-level emails and messages

- Coordinate scheduling and priorities

- Run onboarding/offboarding for employees and contractors

- Build internal documentation and processes

- Support HR, vendors, and company operations

- Improve workflows and operational systems
