Fetch have an incredible opportunity with a brand new company for a proactive, high functioning Executive Assistant / Office Manager


About the role:

  • Work closely with management coordinating calendars, meetings, logistics and purchase orders
  • Support the day-day running of the Corporate Servies function
  • Provide practical, hands-on support across office coordination, administration, IT Liason, HR Logistics and executive/board communications
  • This role covers multiple group entities within the business
  • Not a traditional EX position focusing on diary management for one person

Duties:

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations including management of office supplies/consumables and facilities (Liasing with building management and service providers as required)
