Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who has worked in a high level role supporting the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Group. An immediate start is preferred for a smooth handover and training period.
Key Info:
Tauranga based role

Approximate 3 month temporary assignment

Calendar and diary management + all business travel bookings

Key Stakeholder relationship management

Coordinating information flow

Filtering queries and handling external parties

Pre-meeting documenation preparation

Manage incoming correspondence

Identify process and system improvements as required

Plans and delivers all aspects of events including catering, venues and invitations

Confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement are critical
