Job Description
1. General Administration comprises secretarial support roles, such as : dedicated secretarial/administrative assistant support (i.e. to senior leaders) and support site office management teams especially on key site events and office space planning.
2. Responsible for supporting the Leader and his/her Leadership team in planning key events, meetings, capturing minutes of meetings, actions and proactive coordination.
3. Supporting Leader in managing his/her calendar, planning events, meetings , local and international travels bookings, travel expenses.
4. Be an integral part of the team, highly committed and engaged as an individual who can also support in coordinating activities to improve engagement within the teams.
The job requires excellent English and Chinese language skills, Finance and business knowledge is a PLUS. Excellent hands on knowledge in using Microsoft O365 tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc
