Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to executives and senior management.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and ensure efficient time management.
  • Prepare, edit and distribute professional reports, presentations, correspondence and other business documents.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and communications, responding or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, databases, and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, organize meeting materials, record minutes, and monitor follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
