Job Description: Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities
* Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.
* Send introductory emails to prospective clients and business contacts.
* Organize, update, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other business information.
* Conduct lead research using online platforms and other sources to identify potential prospects.
* Maintain accurate records of leads and client communications.
* Assist with administrative tasks and provide day-to-day support to the executive team.
* Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
* Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
