Job Description
You will be responsible for providing strategic administrative and organizational support to senior leadership team.
Direct support on daily activities to 3-4 members of the senior leadership team Organizing business travel accommodation arrangement and handling all related logistics Rack daily expenses Processing requests and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. Managing complex schedules: planning meetings, scheduling appointments, and proactively managing reminders. Organizing business travel and handling all related logistics. Provide professional and, at times, personal support to managers (document formatting, presentation preparation, information management and processing). Qualifications
A degree in administration or secretarial studies Excellent command of English 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
