Amazon Private Brands (APB) is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Consumables Private Brands North America team and serve as the APB Space Point of Contact. This role combines comprehensive support with space planning coordination for the broader APB organization, plus backup support to the Lead EA.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant for the Consumables Private Brands North America team (CPB), you will manage complex calendars, communications, and priorities for the leadership team while anticipating and resolving potential issues before escalation.
