Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, Administration (SAEC), you will be at the core of our mission and support the Vice‑President and leadership team.
- Provide direct administrative support and manage day‑to‑day activities.
- Independently manage calendars, shifting priorities, deadlines, and follow‑ups for various files and projects.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements (bookings, accommodations, logistics) and prepare expense reports.
- Develop, maintain, and update files, databases, and systems used for processing confidential information.
- Track and coordinate sponsorship payment requests, validate documentation, obtain required approvals, and monitor budgets.
- Follow up on decisions, actions, deliverables, and next steps from meetings, committees, and governance bodies.
- Ensure the classification, organization, and document management of the Vice‑Presidency.
