Akkodis is seeking a Executive Support & Office Administration Manager for a Contract job with a client in Bothell, WA. The client is Ideally looking for an experienced Executive Support & Office Administration Manager to provide high-level support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, office operations, reporting, and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Rate Range: $50/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
• Handle expense reports, purchase orders, and procurement activities
