Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize event and activation profitability
- Ensure minimal variance between projected and actual costs by maintaining adherence to financial ratios
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee documentation and payment processes for all events
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors to guarantee timely delivery and flawless execution of assigned activities
- Support the team in ideation, planning, and execution of on-ground events, activations, and marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong market connections across major touchpoints such as malls, corporates, markets, etc
- Lead seamless execution of events through close coordination with clients and internal sales teams
