Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations tasks such as product inquiries (product quotation request and part number creation, etc) and ordering process (product order verification and submission, etc).
• Support the sales team on areas and issues related to respective processes (prices/orders/contracts).
• Maintain database with up-to-date information on all product prices/orders/contracts, etc.
• Manage contract renewal process (with customer) and follow up with sales team for progress updates regularly.
• Deal with suppliers to manage new orders/renewals/termination arrangements for products, etc.
• Support product marketing to deal with suppliers on new/existing product updates and ensure suppliers are compliance with the contractual rules/SLA as per the agreement signed.
• Manage the process of recurring service/maintenance payments to suppliers.
