Examination Operations Management

• Manage confidential student and examination data in our student and learning management systems.

• Pre-assessment (Quizzes, Class Tests and Exams)

Carry out administrative tasks to prepare for assessment (Quizzes, Class Tests and Exams) in face-to-face examination setting which includes:

• Liaise with Lecturers and Module Leaders for pre moderation of examination question paper

• Resource planning including booking of exam venue and invigilator deployment

• Updating examination schedule accurately

• Preparing quizzes, class tests and exams materials for Assessment/ Examination Day held in campus/ online

• Briefing invigilators as needed to ensure smooth running of the assessment/ Examination
