Overview
We are seeking to expand our team of Examination Invigilators to support busy exam periods throughout the academic year on an ad hoc basis in Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury).
Responsibilities
- Ensure exam halls are set up correctly and exam papers are delivered to the halls.
- Invigilate examinations and supervise students.
- Collate and return all examination papers and materials at the end of examinations.
- Ensure students enter the examination hall correctly and present themselves appropriately.
- Seat students according to the seating plan.
- Check that all students receive the correct examination paper.
- Enforce examination rules, monitor for cheating, and maintain examination conditions.
- Support schools during critical times, maintaining a high standard for the examination process.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must hold a current DBS check.
