About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Event Operations Manager with 4+ years of proven expertise in planning and executing large-scale international events within the Web3, blockchain, AI, and gaming ecosystem. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive end-to-end event execution while managing global stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery, and creating impactful experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global conferences, summits, and large-scale events across Web3, blockchain, AI, and gaming domains.
- Manage end-to-end event operations including budgeting, logistics, timelines, and on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with international clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure alignment with event objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee vendor management across geographies, including production, venue, technology, and marketing partners.
