Event Tech Coordinator — Hybrid, Cvent Mastery & Growth

MCI Benelux SA is seeking an Event Tech Coordinator (G1) to lead the Cvent build of registration websites and mobile apps, coordinating the end-to-end delegate journey from registration through hotel allocation and onsite check-in in a Brussels-based hybrid role.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Division Director and wider M&E team, coordinating multiple projects, ensuring GDPR-compliant data handling and delivering insightful post-event analytics.
