Responsible for handling event & promotion activity in Sports Center area

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Relations, Tenant Management, or Hospitality (Experience in sports facilities or property management is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complaints and act as a mediator.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Willing to be placed at Suvarna Sutera, Pasar Kemis
