Event Project Manager
We are looking for a hands-on Event Project Manager to join our team.
This role requires a strong operational mindset, budgeting skills, and on-site execution capabilities. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing projects from planning to execution and being physically present at events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage point-of-sale (POS) event budgets.
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and logistics.
- Oversee event production timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure proper execution of brand activations and retail presence.
- Monitor costs and control budget deviations.
- Provide on-site supervision during events.
