Be the backbone of events as an Event & Tour Administrator in beautiful Kananaskis, Alberta. Focus on administration, bookings, and client communication to elevate experiences for incoming groups.
In this term position ending September 24, 2027, you will support the tour and event business by handling incoming leads, coordinating details, and assisting Event Managers. Your role includes building tour blocks, drafting contracts, overseeing meal arrangements, and creating Banquet Event Orders. Communication with the Front Office enhances the inbound group experience.
