Evening & Weekend Children's Support Worker – Complex Needs

Bluebird Care in Penzance is looking for dedicated Children's Support Workers to assist children with complex needs in Mid & West Cornwall. You will provide one-to-one support with daily routines and personal care, helping children feel safe and understood.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car. You will engage in community activities and support children's independence. The position offers expert training, flexible working patterns, and evening/weekend hours.
