Evening Study Supervisor St. Catharines, ON

Overview

For the upcoming school year (September to June), we are seeking casual, part‑time staff to supervise evening study sessions for Upper School students (Grades 9–12).

Hours: 5:30pm-10:30pm Monday to Friday; Saturday 12:30pm-10:30pm; Sunday 5:30pm-10:30pm. Candidates who can commit to these hours or at least a minimum of two shifts per week are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Taking attendance and tracking students entering and exiting our study hall locations on campus using our tracking app called Orah.
• Maintaining regular contact with Boarding House Duty Teams and advising them of any students who have not arrived; ensuring students are accounted for when they return to their houses.
• Ensuring each student has a study plan (what they will study and with whom) and identifying an approved location of study.
