Job Description: The Intake and Assessments Bureau (“IAB”) at the Queens District Attorney’s office is considering candidates to join our Bureau in a managerial position. The Intake and Assessment Bureau (“IAB”) manages and supervises attorneys and support staff assessing and analyzing charges at the arrest stage of a criminal prosecution. The level of the position will depend upon the experience of the person selected. The responsibilities for this position include:

Supervising and managing IAB attorneys and support staff

Training IAB attorneys and support staff on standards and burdens of proof; and complaint drafting

Training IAB attorneys in best practices to enhance overall job performance...
