Evening HR Leader: L&D, Performance & Ops

Minerva Research Solutions in Karachi, Pakistan invites a Senior HR Executive to lead Learning & Development, Employee Training, HR Operations and Performance Evaluation on the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM). You will coordinate internal and external trainings, manage onboarding, maintain HRIS data, track KPIs, and support employee engagement in a structured, people-first environment.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Business Admin is required; 3–5 years HR experience with L&D focus is preferred.
