EV Diagnostic Expert & Workshop Solutions Lead

Al-Futtaim is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor to serve as the BYD technical expert within our Dubai workshop. You will provide advanced diagnostic support to Service Advisors and Technicians, interact with customers, and guide complex repairs to ensure first‑time fix excellence.

You will lead warranty repair processes, support capability building with the AATC, and uphold safety and SOP standards in a high‑quality service environment.
