EV Battery & E-Motor Repair Lead

VinFast in Manila is seeking a qualified candidate for managing and coordinating EV battery and electric motor repair operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with 2-3 years of automotive technical service experience.

Responsibilities include proposing improvements, managing repair workflows, and handling customer queries. Proficiency in English and office software is essential, and a basic understanding of EV technologies is preferred.
