Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available to join and respected and well known Freight Forwarders. The European Operations Coordinator will form part of the existing Operations Team. It requires the job holder to coordinate the day to day European Road Transport Shipments including customs clearance and all the related administration. To build relationships with the existing clients and deliver a high standard of customer care at all times. The main day to day responsibilities will be :
- Manage the day to day bookings of European freight jobs
- Processing where appropriate both export and import customs clearance.
- Raising job files and all of the appropriate paperwork
- Processing jobs through Multifreight software system
- Extensive client liaison to include quotations, follow up, bookings and problem solving
