Europe Sales Director – Pharma & CRO Growth

Solvias seeks a senior sales leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Europe, with a focus on Switzerland and neighboring regions. You will shape regional strategy, expand key accounts, and build a high-performing, geographically distributed sales force.

You will manage complex sales cycles, collaborate with PMO and Operations, and ensure rigorous CRM usage and data integrity. English communication is essential, and travel across Europe is expected.
